Linda began working in the fitness industry in 1985. She
became curious about teaching yoga, and while
researching teacher training programs she discovered
YogaFit. She was intrigued, as it was promoted as a more
“fitness style” of yoga and decided to give it a try. After
taking her first training, she knew she’d found the right
program. She valued their emphasis on anatomy and
proper body alignment, as well as being able to modify
poses to make them more accessible to everyone. She
has continued her training with them, completing their
basic coursework as well as numerous specialty classes,
such as Anatomy & Alignment, Seniors, Pre-natal, Props,
Core Strength, Mood Balancing and PilatesFit, a blend of
Yoga & Pilates.
